Oh No!!! We’re starting again

Yesterday I placed a call to GWCA (Great Wall China Adoption, the agency that we are going to use again) to confirm a rumor that Becky had heard about the waiting time. Yes, it’s true China is taking much longer than our last adoption in ‘04. It only took us 6 months from DTC to Referral when we got Morgan. Now we are hearing that it’s taking 12 months and may be as long as 14 months. Oh no we need to get started soon. So much for taking our time with the paperwork. I guess instead of December, January February as a target DTC date now it’s more like September October. Oh well we did the paperwork last time in 3 months so this is do-able. Next week we’ll apply for Morgan’s Passport and submit our application with Great Wall. Here we go again… Hope Morgan is ready for a Mei Mei (Chinese for Little Sister). Now we are in a major rearranging frenzy to make room for our next girl. Oh did you figure it out her name will be Isabelle. Please for give me for how sloppy this site looks. Before I was able to add things as I thought of them. This time I have more ideas than time or knowledge to figure it out. Hopefully it will all come together before we leave for China.
